🎋 July Monthly Festival: Tanabata Festival 🎋

🎋 Tanabata Festival – July Monthly Activity 🎋

🎌 Tanabata, known as Japan’s Festival of Wishes, tells the romantic legend of the Weaver Princess and the Cowherd, who are allowed to meet only once a year on the 7th day of the 7th month. During this festival, people write their wishes on colorful papers and hang them on bamboo branches, hoping their dreams will come true. 🌠

📣 We warmly invite parents to join the Tanabata Festival with our students from July 14–17, between 7:30–7:50 AM.

Throughout the event, students will enjoy a variety of engaging activities such as:
📝 Writing their wishes on Tanzaku papers, expressing hopes and dreams.
🎥 Watching a video presentation to learn about the meaning and story behind Tanabata.
🖐️ Folding origami stars and cranes, symbols of hope and good fortune.

This festival encourages students to explore Japanese culture while developing their language, art, and creative thinking skills — all within a joyful and interactive learning atmosphere. 💫🇯🇵
